Island Traverse 'To the Cliffs'

The 2005 students traversed from Nash Harbor camp to the west side of Nunviak Island. There they were presented with vistas beyond compare, bird rookeries, muskox, reindeer...and some SORE FEET.

2005 Nunivak Island 'Summer Science Field'

Ten Students from across the YK Delta have been selected to attend this seasons summer Biology Field Camp on Nunivak Island. Students will assemble at the Kuskokwim Campus in Bethel the second week of June to prepare for the outing that will take them off the coast of Mainland SW Alaska to the Bering Sea's Nunivak Island.
