Mikisagimiut Spike Camp

Spike camp at Mikisagimiut...west of the base-camp along the rugged North Coast of the island is the protected harbor at the tradtional campsite Mikisagimiun. Used today as a hunting and fishing camp, the bay and campsite provide campers with great access to the ocean environment and foot access to the west side of the island.

Lots of wildlife, traditional food resources, and an excellent protected camp served us well.
